Peer Review Process
Each submission to Journal of Management Matter is initially checked by the editorial board. At this stage, the manuscripts may be declined, or author/s are advised not to submit the manuscript if it doesn’t fit the journal’s aims and scope, or they feel that the quality of the manuscript is not up to the standard level. If the editorial board feels that a manuscript might be suitable for the publication, it will be sent to at least two independent experts for peer-review. The journal practices double blind peer review, where the authors’ and reviewers’ identities are unknown to each other. Upon the feedback from reviewers, the Editor-in-Chief may decide to accept the manuscript, request minor or major revisions, or decline the manuscript. Generally, the reviewing process may take about six weeks and the editor will inform author/s of their first decision within 60 days from the submission.
